The end cap mounts worked well to mount the feniex dash light to the headliner. A modification in mounts as the standard window mount with the flashback hood and suction/tape mounts are inadequate

Can the light stick end cap mounts be used to mount a quad dash light to the headliner? The the tape that came with the flashback shroud is insufficient.
