If a product is out of stock there will be a notice on the product page with the expected ship date. Most back-ordered items can be purchased and will ship as soon as they arrive.
We will notify you of the product status via email. As always, you can contact us for the latest status.

Most items can be returned within 30 days. The exceptions are: custom order, customizable, and used items, cannot be returned. Open items must be in factory condition and include all original parts and accessories

Yes, we collect sales tax on all orders shipped to NY and PA. If you're tax-exempt, please contact us with your exemption certificate.

All of our products display the lead time on the product page. In-stock orders are usually shipped in 1 business day. For back ordered items, the expected ship date will be displayed on the product page.
